...of how we are all caught in this bodice - a tight thing around us that forces us to move a certain way, or restrains us from moving at all. 

I feel the suffocation.

So may times I have experienced it myself.

'I'm too afraid'.

'I can't do this'.

And, probably just like you, I need time to get through that.

And then, all of a sudden, I do it. I tear the bodice off.

The wings I regularly talk about? That's really what it feels like. As if I start to fly, higher and higher into the heavens.

In reality it's the view on top of a mountain that takes your breath away - only after you have climbed it step by step.

How easy would it be if we could all just shake off our limiting beliefs without needing time at all?

That's why I always search for balance as your coach.

In part I am that doer who just goes and runs in spite of the fear.

That's the side of me that wants to drag you up that mountain to show you that gorgeous view.

But there's also the vulnerable Lauri. I understand your fears, I know the steep paths and I feel them as you take them. Because I've been there.

What's important to me at all times is that you feel the balance between 'you got this, I've got your back' and 'this feeling is normal, do it at your own pace'.

You are always in charge. I would even claim that one of the reasons you want to be coached by me is because you want to feel that you have the say over your life. Both in private and entrepreneurial atmospheres, in body and in mind.

So that you don't get dragged up that mountain, but take every step by yourself, with a guide next to you.
